Monday, July 25th, 2011: There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Michael Farrell, the Denver left fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Western League Player of the Week honors.
Farrell piled up 8 hits in 17 at-bats, 2 home runs and 7 RBIs while hitting .471.
So far this season Farrell has hit .327 with 16 home runs, 69 RBIs and and scored 54 times. |
